Join Dusk’a Head Start Family Learning Centre as a energetic Early Childhood Educator on an on-call basis, working with children from 18 months to 5 years. As an educator, you'll participate in holistic programming that includes family involvement and support for individual child needs. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are critical in this role, particularly in culturally diverse settings. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead age-specific educational activities
- Engage families in the child development process




- Promote a culturally respectful and supportive learning atmosphere
- Assess and document children’s learning progress
- Coordinate with other educators to enhance program offerings Requirements:
- Level 1 to 3 Early Childhood Education certification
- Practical experience with young children in a child care setting
- Knowledge of Yukon First Nations and their culture
- Valid First Aid & CPR-C certification
