This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business.Coming from a background in Financial Services and specifically with complex global payment operations, you will be working on a number of high profile improvement projects within the operations team. This is a high-profile role that will report directly to the SVP, Global Operations and works and collaborates cross-functionally across the global business.How We WorkAs a Director, Senior Projects, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:Assigned workspace in our designated Toronto office locationFormal, hands-on trainingRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include:Ensuring the timely delivery of projects, that meet or exceed the agreed-upon metrics and/or goalsActing as a key driver for change within the business units aligned to supporting project execution and toll-gatingHelping all impacted departments to learn, understand, and grow with the transformationConducting in-depth analyses, including data collection, data analyses, and synthesis of data to generate key insights for projectsDeveloping presentations for senior management to facilitate discussions on project or program progress, results and any additional assistance needed from themGenerating insights based on tools including (but not limited to) customer interviews, market research, discussions with subject matter experts, focus groups, and surveysEnsuring disciplined, data-driven, well-documented approaches to improving end-to-end operational performance led by voice of the customerQuantifying impact of projects on financials, productivity, customer experience and compliancePromoting a risk-aware culture; ensure efficient and effective risk and compliance management practices by adhering to required standards and processesDeveloping and maintain positive relationships with senior leadershipQualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in leading operational teams and/or client management functionExperience in change management and stakeholder managementStrong oral and written communication, interpersonal, presentation and organization skillsAbility to effectively communicate with all levels of staff, management,

Where a position or applicant may fall in a particular wage range depends on a number of factors including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licenses and certifications (if applicable), and other business and organization needs. The disclosed range has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
