This role integrates within the Recruiting & Promotion Branch to enhance operational efficiency and evidence-based decision-making.
Your expertise will contribute to designing evaluation frameworks and assessing the effectiveness of promotion processes. You'll engage in research, project support, and strategic analysis to optimize leadership outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze promotion data and performance metrics
- Develop and monitor KPIs and performance reporting frameworks
- Research public sector best practices for promotion assessments
- Lead promotion-related projects and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare defensible reports and presentations for senior leadership Requirements:
- At least five years in strategic planning or related experience
- Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in project management, analytics, and change management
