Your primary focus will be on maintaining safety standards, training personnel, and managing safety performance metrics. As you support construction and environmental health initiatives, your knowledge in the nuclear industry will be crucial for project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement project-specific safety and management plans
- Conduct safety training and workshops for project staff
- Monitor and report on safety statistics and incidents
- Develop and audit critical lifting and handling forms
- Assist in executing human performance initiatives Requirements:
- Relevant education or experience in Health and Safety
- Minimum 5 years of experience in nuclear construction safety
- Ability to work in radiological and demanding environments
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
