The Senior Manager, Product Strategy will play a critical role in leading high impact initiatives and working with stakeholders across business verticals to deliver results.The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding of client segments, the evolving competitive landscape, future product opportunities, and acting as a thought partner to business leadership by preparing and presenting executive-level materials.This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decision-making at RBC Direct Investing, drive P&L outcomes, and help shape the product roadmap.What will you do?Lead strategic initiatives and own accountability for delivering business outcomes and P&L resultsMonitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs across self-directed investor segments to inform strategic recommendations and business casesOwnership of business casing and materials preparation for new product initiatives to inform executive decision‐makingPartner across product, delivery, technology, operations, risk, and compliance to align stakeholders, remove barriers, and drive initiatives forwardWhat do you need to succeed?Must have:3-5+ years of progressive experience in product strategy, strategy consulting, capital markets, or the investment industryProven strategic problem solving skills,
