- Greet customers and discuss the type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required

- Calm irate customers by explaining situations and attempting to resolve issues
- Take customer orders and prepare products for purchase

- Assist with merchandise displays and inventory management
- Ensure accuracy in transactions, inventory, and procedures
- Participate in store maintenance and general housekeeping
- Work with management and employees to maximize store sales and in-store presence
- Answer and transfer external and internal phone calls
- Adhere to health, safety, security, and company policies and procedures
- Identify customers as required by the Cannabis Retail Store Handbook
- Prepare merchandise for purchase
Requirements
- Must have valid SellSafe Certification
- Post Secondary degree / diploma preferred
- A valid First Aid certification is considered an asset
- Ability to work any shift based on business needs,
Monday to Sunday
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends and different locations
- Experience in sales and customer service preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to compute basic mathematical problems
- Attention to detail
- Passion and excitement for cannabis and all of its derivatives
- Desire to educate customers and the community about the advantages associated with cannabis use without giving medical advise
