- Provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for finance in collaboration with the Director of Finance and Reporting.
- Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, capital assets, and treasury functions.
- Oversee preparation of the financial statements.
- Enhance systems of internal control.
- Effectively manage staff.
- Provide operational accountability, creative leadership, and oversight across the finance portfolio.
- Continually evaluate best industry practices against internal systems and services.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related clinical discipline.
- CPA designation.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in complex health systems, with direct oversight of budgeting and financial services.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, capital projects, and technology implementation.
- Strong knowledge of accounting guidelines, accreditation standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams through change and foster continuous improvement.
- Experience leading interdisciplinary project teams.
- Experience in Clinical Informatics, professional practice and/or project management.
- Demonstrated use of theory and research/evidence-based outcomes in practice.
- Strategically focused and an innovator with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.
