Long-Term ContractAbout the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced SAP PLM Consultant to support a strategic engagement with Bombardier. The ideal candidate will possess robust expertise in SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments, and manufacturing business processes.This role will work closely with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deliver scalable PLM solutions that streamline product development and lifecycle management processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP PLM Solution Design & ConfigurationConfigure and implement SAP PLM solutions within SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments.Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP PLM solutions.Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage Material Masters, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Recipes, Specifications, and Product Structures.Configure and support Engineering Change Management (ECM) and Engineering Change Records.Support SAP Document Management System (DMS) and ECTR integrations.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain stakeholders.Facilitate workshops and gather requirements to optimize product lifecycle processes.Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams.Integration & Technical SupportIntegrate SAP PLM with SAP MM, PP, SD, QM, and other enterprise applications.Support interfaces using APIs, IDocs, and middleware technologies.Participate in testing cycles, defect resolution,



and deployment activities.Support master data migration, validation, and cleansing activities.Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.Create training materials and functional documentation.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.Experience5 to 7+ years of hands-on SAP PLM experience.Experience in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC PLM implementations.Experience within manufacturing environments (Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or Process Manufacturing preferred).Proven experience with full project lifecycle implementations, support, or enhancement projects.Technical ExpertiseSAP PLM ConfigurationBills of Materials (BOM) ManagementSAP Document Management System (DMS)Material Master & Product Data ManagementSAP S/4HANA CustomizationData Migration & Data GovernanceSAP MM, PP, and SD IntegrationAPI and IDoc IntegrationsSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.Preferred QualificationsAerospace industry experience.SAP PLM certification.Experience with product development, engineering, and manufacturing processes in SAP.Knowledge of SAP Digital Manufacturing, SAP BTP, or related SAP innovation solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
