Completion of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education program. Active, or eligible for, registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides of Alberta (CLHA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP). Additional Required Qualifications

Must have the Peri-operative Certificate (ORT). Or completion of the Peri-operative education within 16 months from start date. Preferred Qualifications

1-2 years' experience in the OR. 5 years' experience or more as an LPN.
