: Provides pre-hospital care for patients including assessing, patient care, transferring and transporting.

Education

- Emergency Medical Responder certificate (EMR)
- Licensing Exam to become registered with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics
- Grade 10

Licenses

- Valid Class 4 driver's license

Other Education and Training

- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Level C Certificate (CPR)
- First Aid Certificate

Competencies

- Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic - Computer skills

Knowledge and Abilities

- Ability to communicate in a cross-cultural setting
