A solid understanding of the Ontario Building Code and the Tarion guidelines will be essential as you collaborate closely with homeowners and the construction team. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule pre-closing inspections in a timely manner
- Identify and report any deficiencies during inspections
- Lead homeowner interactions during Pre-Delivery Inspections
- Maintain organized records and files on site
- Assist onsite administration with various tasks Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in a related field
- 2-3 years of related industry experience
- Familiarity with Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines
- Valid driver’s license (“G”) is necessary
