- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles
- Develop and implement recent hire training plans




- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities
- Maintain health and safety documentation and training
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in HR or related discipline
- CHRP required; CHRL is an advantage
- At least 3 years in talent acquisition and training
