Join S&R; Group's vibrant Life Enrichment team to enhance the residents’ quality of life in Long Term Care. Design and lead activities that cater to holistic wellness needs. As a Life Enrichment Worker, you will be essential in providing joy-filled experiences by planning engaging programs based on individual Resident needs.

You will also handle assessments and the development of care plans while working collaboratively to ensure a nurturing environment. Your commitment to adaptable scheduling will allow all Residents to partake in meaningful activities. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recreational programs and events
- Assess Residents’ individual therapeutic needs
- Facilitate transportation for program participation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Decorate spaces and manage program supplies Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Recreation, Kinesiology, or related areas
- Experience in long-term care Life Enrichment preferred
- Mandatory First Aid and CPR certifications
- Familiarity with care planning software
