Key Responsibilities: • Conduct failure analysis and functional testing • Report and manage non-conformance issues • Maintain laboratory organization with 5S practices • Support engineers in structured problem-solving initiatives • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
Requirements: • Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering Technology or similar • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship • Experience with quality-related functions • Strong communication skills in English
