This full time role is perfect for those with an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for food. As a Wild Fork Associate, you will educate customers about our unique offerings and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and food truck. You’ll also train and supervise staff to guarantee adherence to all health regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of food truck and kitchen
• Ensure proper food preparation and cooking techniques
• Maintain sanitation standards in all work areas
• Lead food truck team and provide training as needed
• Prepare and serve food for an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Familiarity with Ontario driving laws
• Ability to use equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Material Handling Equipment Certification is a plus
