You'll work effectively both independently and within a team environment, delivering excellent service to maintain operational efficiency.

• Perform daily facility maintenance tasks • Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards • Manage heating and air conditioning operations • Collaborate with team members for productive workflow • Support project-related activities as needed

Requirements: • Certification as a Shift Operator - 4th Class • Reliable vehicle for site travel • Knowledge of OH&S; and building code standards • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Competency in French is an asset
