Role Overview
Support a large-scale enterprise LMS transformation initiative requiring an experienced Change Management leader to drive organizational readiness, stakeholder adoption, culture change, and business transformation.
The role will support an enterprise LMS implementation and transformation program, including organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, readiness planning, adoption strategy, governance, communications, and post-implementation stabilization.
This is a large, global, highly matrixed enterprise environment supporting 25,000+ employees across multiple business units and geographies. The culture is cooperative and cross-functional, involving HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, Operations, and business leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Prosci Change Management Certification preferred.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Business Readiness, or Transformation experience.
- Director-level experience leading enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.
- Enterprise Change Management and Transformation leadership experience.
- Experience leading LMS, HR Technology, Talent Platform, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, or other highly regulated industries preferred.
- Experience within large global organizations (25,000+ employees).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise change management and adoption strategies.
- Conduct stakeholder analyses, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
- Build and maintain stakeholder and executive sponsor relationships.
- Develop governance frameworks, risk mitigation plans, and executive reporting.
- Lead readiness planning, adoption activities, and implementation support.
- Partner with HR, Talent, Technology, Communications, and Operations teams.
- Facilitate workshops and leadership sessions.
- Monitor adoption metrics, stakeholder feedback, and organizational risks.
- Support stabilization and long-term sustainment activities.
Must-Have Skills
- Change Management Certification (Prosci preferred) and/or PMP Certification.
- Large-scale Enterprise Implementation Experience (LMS, HR Technology, Digital Transformation).
- Change Governance, Risk Management, Executive Reporting, Readiness Planning, and Stakeholder Management.
- Organizational Readiness Assessments and Adoption Strategy Development.
- Executive-Level Presentation and Influencing Skills.
Soft Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing abilities.
- Strategic thinking with strong leadership and consulting skills.
Nice-to-Have
- LMS or Talent Management Platform implementation experience.
- Experience within Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, or other regulated industries.

and behavior change initiatives across global organizations.

The expected base salary range for this position is $45 – $50 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
