Rand is seeking a motivated individual for the EHS Specialist I role, where you will collaborate across departments to enforce EHS policies and promote safety standards. You will manage training sessions, perform inspections, and report on EHS metrics to help minimize risks and enhance our environmental initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce EHS policies and standards
- Conduct routine inspections and assessments
- Manage compliance calendar and reporting
- Train employees on safety and proper EHS practices
- Facilitate investigations of EHS incidents Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or similar
- Understanding of hazard recognition and risk assessment
- Experience with EHS software and compliance tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
