Key Responsibilities:
• Remove ice, applying sand or salt as directed
• Regularly clean all exterior garbage and ashtrays




• Conduct litter picking across sidewalks and lots
• Pressure wash entrances and common areas on schedule
• Ensure rapid response to emergency clean-ups
