By acting as the link between merchants and engineering targets, you’ll help identify patterns that improve overall product performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 24/7 monitoring using Grafana
- Provide expert Tier-2 support for merchants
- Triage complex integration issues effectively
- Liaise with Engineering on technical findings
