Kinetic Construction Ltd. seeks an Estimator to support its Chief Estimator team in Vancouver, Victoria, or Courtenay. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in pre-construction estimating. As an Estimator at Kinetic Construction, you will be integral to our pre-construction activities and assist in both competitive and negotiated works.

- Undergraduate degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in Estimating or similar fields
- Required Construction Related Technology Certificate
- Knowledge of estimating software is a plus
