We are looking for an experienced EUC Lead to manage endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, patching, and endpoint management activities across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end vulnerability remediation for Critical, High, and Medium vulnerabilities.
- Monitor Microsoft Defender Vulnerability Management exposure scores, vulnerability trends, and patch compliance.
- Lead monthly vulnerability remediation planning and prioritization.
- Manage teams including Defender Analysts, Intune Engineers, Packaging Engineers, and Citrix Engineers.
- Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, and business stakeholders.
- Develop remediation strategies for Windows OS, browsers, third-party applications, and Citrix environments.
- Review Microsoft Security Copilot insights and remediation recommendations.




- Prepare executive dashboards, risk reports, compliance reports, and SLA metrics.
- Manage security exceptions and risk acceptance processes.
- Ensure patching SLAs, vulnerability remediation targets, and endpoint security compliance are met.
- Use PowerShell automation to support endpoint management and remediation activities.
