Role Overview

We are seeking an outgoing, qualified, and articulate Event Representative to join our team on-site for the two-day iA Private Wealth Advisor Summit. In this role, you will work alongside our core team to welcome conference attendees, start engaging conversations with wealth advisors, introduce AdvisorOne’s SaaS CRM platform, and capture qualified prospect information.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactive Engagement: Warmly approach and converse with financial advisors, wealth managers, and delegates during booth hours, networking breaks, and social sessions.
- Lead Capture: Collect contact details and key business insights from interested advisors using our digital lead capture tools/tablets.
- Elevator Pitching: Clear,



enthusiastic delivery of AdvisorOne’s core value proposition (CRM designed specifically for financial advisors).
- Qualifying Prospects: Ask targeted questions to identify current pain points in their CRM setup and gauge their fit for a post-event software demonstration.
- Booth Management Support: Assist with keeping the sponsor booth organized, distributing marketing collaterals/swag, and managing attendee flow.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in event marketing, brand ambassadorship, lead generation, or B2B sales development. Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptionally engaging, polished, and comfortable initiating conversations with executive-level wealth management professionals.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using mobile lead capture tools, tablets, and understanding general SaaS/software concepts quickly.
- Professional Demeanor: High level of professionalism in business attire and communication.
- Reliability: Punctual, energetic, and capable of maintaining high energy throughout a full event schedule.
