In this role, you will manage complex calendars and travel, prepare executive communications and presentations, drive key projects and follow-ups, and represent the SLT with discretion and professionalism. Own SLT calendars, prioritize meeting requests, resolve conflicts, prepare agendas and pre-reads, and manage virtual/in‑person logistics and AV support. Screen and prioritize email and calls, draft and edit executive correspondence and presentations, and liaise with direct reports and cross-functional partners.
Projects & operations: Track SLT priorities and project deliverables,
coordinate stakeholders to remove blockers, prepare reports and budget materials, and maintain organized records.
Travel & events: Plan complex travel itineraries, manage last‑minute changes, process expenses, and coordinate team meetings, off‑sites and executive events. Provide guidance and backup to other administrative staff and serve as a skilled point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Post‑secondary education (college or university) considered an asset. 7+ years of executive‑level administrative experience supporting senior leaders required.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoint; strong Excel skills. Formal project management training or demonstrable project coordination experience considered an asset.
Experience in both large matrixed organizations and nimble/start‑up environments considered an asset. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives internally and externally is critical.
