- Operate 20-80 ton excavators and D6-D10 dozers
- Manage grading, excavation, and earthmoving tasks
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and hazard assessments
- Collaborate with crew to meet quality standards
- Follow Ledcor safety policies and site requirements Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment experience
- Background in road building or reclamation preferred
- Familiarity with GPS machine control systems
