You will be responsible for accurately preparing estimates using advanced tools like MeasureSquare, alongside interpreting blueprints. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity within a vibrant team focused on success. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measure and take-offs of floor plans
- Collaborate with Builders for information and schedule updates
- Utilize MeasureSquare to input detailed estimation data
- Maintain the estimating database with relevant updates
- Provide mentorship to junior estimators in the team Requirements:
- Proficient in estimating systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to read blueprints and construction specifications
- Post-secondary education in related fields preferred
- Experience in construction estimation is a plus
