Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort seeks a skilled Maintenance Manager. Oversee proactive maintenance operations while ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction. In this full-time position, the Maintenance Manager supervises maintenance activities for Rodd Crowbush Golf & Beach Resort.
You will oversee repairs across various systems including electrical and plumbing, ensuring everything operates seamlessly. Coordinating with the General Manager and other departments is critical, allowing for productive maintenance schedules and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the Maintenance Department
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on facilities
- Maintain accurate logs and manage departmental inventory
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards Requirements:
- Prior experience in resort or building maintenance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Pool maintenance experience appreciated
