We are seeking a skilled and energetic Experienced Painter to join our dynamic construction and restoration team. Responsibilities

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Execute painting tasks using hand tools and power tools, including brushes, rollers, sprayers, and rigging equipment.
- Read blueprints and schematics accurately to determine project scope and specific requirements for construction or restoration projects.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to various surfaces in residential, commercial, or industrial settings with precision and attention to detail.
- Use carpentry skills for minor repairs or modifications necessary before painting begins.
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within scheduled deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.




- Communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure expectations are met and safety protocols are followed throughout each project.

Skills

- Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential, commercial, or industrial painting.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in restoration techniques and construction painting methods for diverse environments.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, rigging equipment, and safety gear.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for sealing gaps and joints effectively.
- Familiarity with schematics for equipment setup or maintenance purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service during projects.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
