Kiewit is looking for skilled Pipefitter Journeypersons to contribute to our Mod Yard team in Edmonton, Alberta. This position requires expertise in carbon and stainless-steel pipe installation across local industrial projects. As an experienced Pipefitter Journeyperson, you will work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering high-quality outcomes within our Mod Yard team.
The position demands a valid Pipefitter certification and comprehensive safety training. With a minimum of five years in industrial construction, your skills in building modular packages will be a valuable asset to our projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and align piping systems according to specifications
- Assemble and install modular packages as assigned
- Ensure safety compliance with relevant protocols
- Collaborate with team members for effective project execution
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
Requirements:
- Valid Journeyperson (JM) Pipefitter certification
- 5+ years’ experience in industrial construction
- Valid safety tickets: Fall Protection, MEWP
- Experience with carbon and stainless-steel pipe
- Ability to pass required fitness assessments
