Through a fully integrated operating model, FirstService Multifamily partners closely with internal service lines and industry partners to deliver operational excellence, portfolio performance, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset value creation. As the platform continues to expand nationally, FirstService Multifamily is focused on building scalable operational infrastructure, strong regional leadership, and institutional-quality service delivery across all markets it serves. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director of Asset Management is responsible for maximizing the financial performance and long-term value of a national portfolio of multifamily investment properties. Working across Operations, Leasing, Sales, Finance and Consulting, this role develops portfolio-wide strategies that improve net operating income, reduce operating costs, and optimize capital investments for a diverse portfolio of properties. The Director of Asset Management is not responsible for the day-to-day management of individual properties. Instead, they serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert for Property Managers and Operations. In addition to overseeing portfolio performance, this role provides leadership to the Consulting Team, National Procurement Program and Capital Projects Team, ensuring strategic initiatives deliver measurable value to clients.
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000, along with a comprehensive perks package, RRSP matching, and a targeted annual incentive plan.
