and upgradesOperations SupportRespond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtimeProvide hands-on support during production to ensure smooth operationsWork closely with operators to resolve issues.Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutionsSupport initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiencyInventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records of materials, tools, equipment, and replacement parts.CMMS ReportingComplete work orders and maintenance records in CMMSTrack downtime, repairs, and maintenance activities.SafetyFollow all safety, food safety, and environmental proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work area (5S)Adhere to LOTO and regulatory requirements.Other Tasks as AssignedOther tasks as assigned for operational requirements.What We're Looking For:Millwright Ticket 433A or Apprenticeship Level 4.5+ years in a manufacturing setting (food industry preferred).Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays, as neededStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively, as neededBasic computer skills (CMMS, Excel, Outlook)Knowledge of machines, tools, and their design, use, repair, and maintenanceBonus Points If You Have:Dessert Manufacturing or Bakery experienceExposure to Lean, TPM, or continuous improvement practicesShift Time (PM):5.00pm – 2.00am (flexibility as needed), Monday - Friday, Weekends as neededWork Location:Onsite (Milton, ON)Hourly Rate:$43-$46/hourIn compliance with Bill 190, we confirm that this job posting is for an existing vacancy within our organization.
