In this role you'll embed within specific business units to deliver end-to-end data solutions and tangible business impact.This is a hybrid role, HQ downtown TorontoWhat You'll DoBuild complete data pipelines from engineering through to executive dashboards and business metricsDevelop and maintain data models using Kimball/Ross methodologiesCreate interactive dashboards and visualizations (primarily using Streamlit)Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover product insights and size market opportunitiesDesign and analyze experiments to optimize product performanceDeploy and maintain generative AI solutions in production environmentsPartner closely with product teams to define and track key metrics for current product initiativesWhat We're Looking ForStrong product analytics background with experience supporting brand new product launchesFull-stack data capabilities spanning data engineering, modeling, visualization, and business analysisProficiency in dashboard building tools, especially StreamlitExperience with machine learning and generative AI deployment (bonus, not primary focus) - ideally you have LLMs in productionExcellent communication skills with ability to translate complex analysis into actionable business recommendationsMission-driven mindset with passion for driving real business outcomesProven track record of working autonomously across multiple business functionsComfortable with/experienced in working in a fast-paced startupCompensationThe base pay range for this role is CA$150,000 – CA$200,000 per year + equity#J-18808-Ljbffr
