Step into the Analyst position within CIBC’s Client Onboarding & Service team in Halifax. This role is vital in delivering exceptional support to Large Corporate clients and streamlining their service requests.
As part of the relationship-oriented team, you will facilitate the successful onboarding of clients and manage ongoing service inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding for current and existing Large Corporate clients
• Serve as the primary contact for client service inquiries




• Implement changes to accounts and cash management products
• Document and progress client service requests efficiently
• Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely completion
Requirements:
• Prior knowledge of Cash Management services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks
• Customer service experience is preferred
