Your role emphasizes the management of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems while overseeing service requests and contractor operations. You will also contribute to significant redevelopment projects and sustainability initiatives to align with CHEO’s mission. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure HVAC and plumbing systems meet compliance standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years in facility management
- 7+ years of experience in operations or maintenance
