Your new role Reporting to the Manager, Project Controls, the Risk Management Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the entire project risk management system. The role coordinates the identification, analysis,



mitigation, and monitoring of risks related to engineering, construction, costs, schedule, supply chain, permitting, environment, safety, and external relations. The incumbent ensures consistency, rigor, and compliance of the risk register and acts as a senior advisor to project leadership and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities Risk Management Governance and Strategy Develop and maintain the project risk management framework, including processes, tools, and methodologies. Ensure alignment with corporate policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements (EPCM, contractors, suppliers). Establish and facilitate the risk governance structure: committees, periodic reviews, approvals, and escalation processes. Risk Identification, Assessment, and Proactive Management Facilitate risk identification workshops and perform qualitative and quantitative analyses (probability/impact, Monte Carlo simulations, cost and schedule contingency).
