The Family

Lawyer will Independently managing family law files from intake through resolution Providing legal advice and representation in court, mediation, and settlement discussions Drafting pleadings, affidavits, agreements, correspondence, and other legal documents Conducting legal research and remaining current on legislative and case law developments Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta Previous experience practicing family law considered an asset Strong working knowledge of Alberta family law legislation and court procedures
