White Oaks Medical Clinic is a new family medicine practice opening in south London, co-located with White Oaks Guardian Pharmacy at 1074 Dearness Drive. We are building the clinic from the ground up, which means the physicians who join early help shape how it runs — scheduling, appointment length, scope of practice, and workflow.

South London is significantly underserved. Tens of thousands of people across London–Middlesex have no family doctor, and the White Oaks and Westminster neighbourhoods have a large, growing population with very limited local primary care access. A physician joining us will have no difficulty building a roster.

- Complete flexibility. Full-time, part-time, or anything in between. Any days, any hours — mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends. Start part-time and scale up as your roster grows, or keep it light indefinitely. We build the schedule around you, not the reverse.

- We do all of your billing. OHIP submission, reconciliation, and rejections are handled in-house at no additional cost to you.

White Oaks Guardian Pharmacy is immediately adjacent — same-day dispensing, compliance packaging, medication reviews, and direct pharmacist collaboration on complex patients.
- Brand-new clinic and equipment. Free on-site parking for you and your patients, wheelchair accessible, ground-floor access.
- Practise your scope. Comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, preventative care and screening, immunizations, minor procedures.

Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic investigations; refer to specialists as appropriate
- Deliver preventative care, screening, immunizations, and health counselling
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with our on-site pharmacy team

Requirements

- Independent practice licence with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO), or eligibility for one
- CCFP certification and/or LMCC
- Eligible to bill OHIP
- Current CMPA coverage
- Authorized to work in Canada

New graduates and internationally trained physicians with CPSO eligibility are encouraged to apply.
