Role Description

- Plan, manage, and supervise daily farm operations and field activities.
- Develop and implement crop production plans based on company requirements and production targets.
- Supervise farm staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance, performance, and productivity.
- Oversee crop cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, spraying, pest and disease control, and harvesting activities.
- Ensure all farm operations are carried out in compliance with established agronomic SOPs and company policies for corn and rice production.
- Monitor field operations, identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate critical issues when necessary.




- Communicate production plans and coordinate work with subordinate teams, including Irrigation, Agricultural Machinery, and Field Management.
- Prepare weekly operational reports and monitor progress against production plans.
- Plan and request farm materials, consumables, and equipment, and monitor inventory levels to support operations.
- Analyze manpower requirements, allocate workforce effectively, and supervise department employees to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Strong farm management skills, including planning, supervision, and resource allocation for Farms and overall Farm Management.
- Knowledge of Agriculture practices and crop production, with experience in sustainable farming methods.
- Hands-on experience with Irrigation systems, including scheduling, maintenance, and water-use efficiency.
- Ability to lead diverse teams, maintain accurate records, and work safely in an on-site farm setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work in varying weather and field conditions.
- Good command of English is required to communicate effectively with senior management.
