We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food items, operating POS systems, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, maintaining proper sanitation and food handling procedures.
- Serve customers promptly while delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly for smooth operations.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, and cashiering procedures.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and upselling menu items.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
