Affirm is seeking a Lead Validator for Finance and Analytics models within the Model Risk Management team. You will perform independent challenges of ALM, forecast, and loan transition models, lead end-to-end validation engagements, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in model development or validation, robust knowledge of corporate finance and forecasting, experience with Python/SQL/Databricks, and a relevant quantitative degree.
