Lead surgical teams and educate multidisciplinary groups.As a critical member of the Canadian Armed Forces, Orthopedic Surgeons provide vital orthopedic consultation and care for military personnel. The role offers leadership opportunities and enables surgeons to mentor others within Health Services. Surgeons must maintain exceptional clinical skills through participation in civilian healthcare,
