We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines during all food handling processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas,



ensuring all sanitation standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the food service environment.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in sanitation is essential.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.35-$17.00 per hour
