- Assess and intervene in complex mental health cases
- Execute treatment and rehabilitation strategies
- Document patient care and progress accurately




- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Train in Gentle Persuasive Approach for patient safety Requirements:
- Must have a valid registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- At least one year experience in mental health nursing
- Certification in Crisis Prevention Training needed
- Proficient in documentation standards and privacy legislation
