Esri is looking for an experienced FP&A; skilled to become a financial business partner to our Marketing divisions, focusing on budgets and forecasts. This role requires expertise in financial analytics and collaboration with stakeholders. In this Financial Analyst II role, you will engage with Marketing teams to understand their strategies and financial drivers.

With over five years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, you will translate operational plans into actionable budgets and forecasts while identifying financial risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as FP&A; partner to Marketing teams
- Translate operating plans into budgets and forecasts
- Develop financial models for resource evaluations
- Analyze performance and identify operational drivers
- Facilitate financial reviews with Marketing stakeholders Requirements:
- 5+ years in FP&A; and corporate finance
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial modeling and data visualization
- Proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field Utilize your FP&A; expertise to create significant value for Esri’s Marketing initiatives.
