Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their visit
- Take orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills
- Assist in food service activities such as serving dishes, food preparation support, and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining spaces and service stations
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods, supporting overall restaurant operations




- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, with a strong understanding of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cashiering tasks
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transaction purposes
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in serving, hospitality, or related roles is advantageous; kitchen experience is a plus but not required
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment in compliance with health regulations
