Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and promptly, creating an engaging and lively atmosphere for sports fans and visitors alike
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, attentiveness, and a focus on guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining proper sanitation and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations in accordance with sanitation regulations




- Assist in food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions about menu items, sports events, or promotions with enthusiasm and knowledge

Experience

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry will help you excel in this role
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and ability to engage guests in a lively environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles demonstrates your ability to handle guest needs professionally and efficiently
- Kitchen experience or food preparation background is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is key
