Join Elliott Coach Lines as a full-time AM Dispatcher in Elmira. Manage communication between drivers and stakeholders to ensure effective school bus operations each day. In this role, your primary focus will be to facilitate real-time communication regarding daily bus routes, planned trips, and extracurricular activities for students.
You will effectively monitor driver performance, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery. Your multi-tasking abilities and customer service dedication will directly impact our clients' transportation experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and oversee driver assignments for buses
- Act as front line support for all routing issues
- Address customer service inquiries and complaints
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in planning driver safety meetings and trainings Requirements:
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a high-volume dispatch role preferred
- Familiarity with the Waterloo Region roadways
- Willingness to share on-call responsibilities
