AEO is seeking dedicated Maintenance Associates to support our Distribution Center operations. As a Maintenance Associate, you’ll perform essential maintenance on equipment and facilities within our climate-controlled distribution center.

Your expertise will cover preventive maintenance and diagnostics, ensuring a safe setting for all. This role also includes handling equipment moves and installations, making your contribution vital to our smooth operation. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct preventative maintenance on conveyor systems
- Diagnose and repair lift equipment and conveyors
- Perform electrical repairs and facility maintenance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 2 years of maintenance experience
- Mechanical trade experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills required
