Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Ballantyne is hiring a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing outpatient clinic. Responsibilities

- Support the Physical Therapist during patient evaluations and assessments.
- Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.




- Guide patients through prescribed exercises and therapeutic activities.
- Track and observe patient progress, reporting any updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist.
- Accurately document treatment sessions and collaborate with the Physical Therapist and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

- Active North Carolina PTA license required
- Experience preferred, but open to strong new grads
- Great communication + positive attitude
- Friendly, reliable, team-oriented personality
- Spanish bilingual is a plus (not required)
