Enhance charitable impact as a Fundraising and Program Associate at Toronto Star Children’s Charities. In this role, you will support the overall strategy for Toronto Star Children’s Charities under the guidance of the Senior Manager.

Your tasks will include leading donor relations and community fundraising efforts while maintaining database integrity. Some evenings or weekends may be required for events or initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute fundraising initiatives and strategies
- Oversee community fundraising events and support their execution
- Create communication materials to strengthen donor bonds
- Manage volunteer recruitment and care initiatives
- Aid in the training and support for gift box program partners Requirements:
- Certificate in Fundraising Management or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ fundraising experience required
- Experience with RE NXT for database management
- Solid interpersonal and analytical skills
